Your satisfaction is important to us. We want you to be completely satisfied and happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange the product within 30 days of receipt as long as the product is returned in new, unused, and resalable condition inside its original packaging. Certain items are non returnable, please check the product page for information on whether your item is non returnable.

RETURN REQUESTS
PLEASE INSPECT YOUR ORDER IMMEDIATELY UPON ARRIVAL. DO NOT DISPOSE OF THE BOX OR ANY PACKAGING MATERIALS UNTIL YOU HAVE INSPECTED YOUR ORDER AND ARE SATISFIED WITH THE PRODUCT YOU HAVE RECEIVED. If your product was shipped to you by freight carrier please inspect the product for visible damage before the carrier leaves. Please make any notations on the Bill of Lading (delivery receipt).
If your item can be returned, email customerservice@babybagdepot.com to get a Return Number assigned to your item. babybagdepot.com will not accept any returns without a Return Number clearly marked on the return label.
RETURN PROCESSING TIME
Allow up to 15 business days (excluding holidays) for babybagdepot.com to receive, process and inspect the returned item. Any items received that do not have a Return Number clearly listed on the return label will be sent back to the recipient at the recipient's cost. Any items received that do not meet the return qualifications will be sent back to the recipient at the recipient's cost.
CREDITS AND REFUNDS
Babybagdepot.com will issued a refund back to the payment method used to place the order for the purchase price of the item only. Any and all shipping costs, shipping surcharges or restocking fees are Non-Refundable. Please note, credit card refunds may not appear until the following billing cycle.
CANCELLATIONS
Babybagdepot.com works hard to ship out your order as quickly as possible. When an order is placed, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel your order. Our Customer Service Deptartment will try to best assist you in trying to cancel your order, please email customerservice@babybagdepot.com. If we are unable to prevent the shipment from being cancelled, please see our return policy for information on returning your product. Cancellation of an item(s) may change or void discounts or promotions currently appearing on your order.
