How do I check out?
 
Once you have finished shopping, click on the CHECKOUT button found on the Shopping Cart page.  Review the items in your virtual shopping cart.   You will then be prompted to enter your billing and shipping information.  Once this is complete, you will be directed to a checkout screen.  The credit card that you specify for your purchase will be charged when the order is taken and approved.  Your credit card information is never shared with us.   If you have any questions don’t hesitate to contact us.
 
 
What forms of payments are accepted?
 
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover credit, Debit cards with the a credit card logo and e-check payments.  Upon checkout, you will be directed  to confirm your payment.  The credit card that you specify for your purchase will be charged when the order is taken and approved.  We never see your credit card information.    If you have any questions don’t hesitate to contact us. 
 
 
Will I be charged sales tax?
 
There is no sales tax unless the recipient’s address is located in the state of California.  The state of California sales tax is 8%.
 
 
How long will it take to receive my order?
 
At BabyBagDepot we do our best to promptly ship your purchases as soon as possible.  You will be notified via e-mail once your item has been shipped.  For standard ground, we ask that you allow up to 11 days for items to arrive.  Although, the average is around 5 business days from the time your order ships.  For the expedited services available, the carriers are normally accurate in their quoted estimated time of delivery.
 
 
I am outside the continental United States, will you ship to me and what is my shipping?
 
Yes we will ship to you.  BabyBagDepot ships worldwide!  To determine shipping costs, simply e-mail us where you live along with your tentative order, and we will let you know your shipping options and costs.

What is the best way to care for my new diaper bag?
 
The diaper bags we offer can be easily maintained.  For the bags that have PVC – spot treat only.  For bags made of microfiber, gently wipe with a damp cloth.
